Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Project Director Panjgur in Panjgur, Balochistan invites sealed tenders from reputed and financially sound firms, authorized dealers, and suppliers for the procurement of various operational assets. The scope of this procurement includes the purchase of high-quality IT equipment, office furniture, and specialized machinery and equipment for the financial year 2025-26. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Detailed bidding documents containing technical specifications and comprehensive terms and conditions can be obtained from the Project Director's office upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. A bid security amounting to 2% of the total estimated price must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order in favor of the Project Director. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to the office no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, where they will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of participating representatives.
