UNICEF Pakistan invites proposals from qualified legal entities to establish Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for the comprehensive management of third-party personnel. This Request for Proposals (RFP) covers the outsourcing of HR, financial, administrative, and logistics management services to support UNICEF's operations across Pakistan. Interested companies must demonstrate significant experience in human resource management and large-scale logistics to be eligible for these long-term service contracts.
