Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) invites electronic bids for the construction of a boundary wall and gate houses for the PEC Engineering Complex at DHA City, Motorway M-9, Karachi. This 'Phase-1: Package-1' project is open to constructors having a valid PEC license in category C4 or above with relevant specialization codes. The procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for Sales Tax, maintaining active taxpayer status. A bid security of PKR 5,000,000 is mandatory. Electronic bids must be submitted on the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on May 25, 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
