Description / Scope of Work
PPHI Sindh invites sealed bids for the repair, renovation, and construction of buildings under R&R and NHSP grant schemes across various districts in Sindh. This tender is open to engineering firms and contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for provincial taxes. Bidders must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 or above, with a minimum of three years of successful experience in similar construction assignments. A mandatory bid security of 5% in the form of a pay order is required for participation. Financial eligibility includes a demonstrated total turnover of at least PKR 45.0 million over the last three years, verified via bank statements. Interested parties can participate in a maximum of five schemes. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to bid acceptance as per applicable rules.
