Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer, Building Division GORs, Lahore, under the Communication and Works Department, invites tenders for the renovation and improvement of the Chief Minister Office at 8-Club Road, GOR-I, Lahore. The project focuses on the renovation of the kitchen and the provision of professional kitchen equipment. This procurement follows a 'Single Stage Two Envelope' bidding process. Eligible contractors must be enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year in the relevant category. Bids are based on item rates, and an earnest money deposit of 5% of the estimated cost (approximately PKR 1.281 million) is required in the form of a bank guarantee or call deposit.
