All interested firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must provide a bid security of 3 percent of the estimated cost for each specific item. Technical and financial proposals should be prepared in accordance with the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders are required to submit their documents and samples to the Special Branch Headquarters at Roberts Lines, Lahore Cantt. The final deadline for the submission of these bids is 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, after which technical bids will be opened immediately.
