Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division in Kandhkot, Sindh invites sealed tenders for multiple infrastructure development projects under the District ADP 2025-2026. The scope of work includes the installation of a water filtration plant with a capacity of 5000 GPD at Noor Mustafa Madarsa, as well as the construction of CC drains in Village Ahmed Soomro. These projects are designed to enhance public health and sanitation facilities within the Kandhkot and Kashmore regions. The bidding process follows the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules using a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C6 or above and be active taxpayers with the relevant authorities. A bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost is mandatory for each work item. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer by 12:00 PM on 26 May 2026, with the opening of technical bids scheduled for the same afternoon.
