Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Attock in Attock, Punjab invites sealed bids for the execution of various development works across the district. This procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The projects involve diverse infrastructure tasks based on the MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026 rates. Eligible contractors must be registered on the E-PADS platform for the 2025-26 financial year and hold valid registration with relevant authorities. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of a CDR or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Punjab, issued in favor of the District Council Attock. Detailed bidding documents containing the specific terms, conditions, and technical requirements for each activity can be downloaded free of cost from the official E-PADS portal. All interested firms must ensure their electronic proposals are submitted through the system no later than 02:00 PM on 25 May 2026.
