Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Social Welfare in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids for the establishment of a Center of Excellence for Special Children with Autism. This turnkey project involves the provision and installation of a 20kW solar power system, modern IT and electronic equipment, and specialized play area development materials. Furthermore, the tender includes the procurement of occupational therapy toys, speech therapy resources, testing materials, and early learning skill-building educational resources. Reputed manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority are eligible to participate. The bidding process follows the national competitive bidding framework under a single-stage two-envelope procedure as per KPPRA rules. Bidders must provide the most competitive rates inclusive of all taxes. Proposals are to be submitted via the E-PADS portal or directly to the Project Director by the specified deadline on 26 May 2026, following a pre-bid meeting scheduled for 19 May 2026.
