Description / Scope of Work
The Highways Division Sudhnoti in Sudhnoti, Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites electronic bids for the construction, improvement, and reconditioning of various link roads under constituency LA-23. This significant infrastructure project includes Package #3, covering a total length of 2.50 km across multiple segments such as Nali to Kot Mong Road, Ochal Mor to Malik Altaf Muhalla Road, and Mong Bal Khan Bazar to Doli Road. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope E-Bidding system in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules. Eligible contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license for the 2025-26 financial year with a specialization in CE-01 and an endorsement from the C&W Government of AJ&K. The estimated cost for these works is approximately 53.644 Million PKR, and a bid security of 1.100 Million PKR is required. Interested firms must upload their technical profiles and financial bids via the E-Bidding dashboard by 11:30 AM on 23 May 2026, with the electronic opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day
