The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the improvement and rehabilitation of the road extending from Dr. Mehmood Hussain Road along Jheel Park to the main gate of Jheel Park in District East. This infrastructure project, managed by the KMC Engineering Department, has an estimated cost of 24,994,611 PKR. The procurement is being conducted following the extension of the original tender notice due to technical issues with the electronic bidding system. Eligible contractors must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and comply with all SPPRA rules and notifications. The scope of work includes comprehensive road works to be completed within a time limit of 90 days. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of a pay order as specified in the NIT. Following a formal corrigendum, the new closing date for the submission and opening of these bids is fixed for 21 May 2026.
