Al-Jazari Water & Sanitation Academy (AJWA) invites electronic bids for the comprehensive rehabilitation of 12 rooms within the Hostel-B building at its Township campus in Lahore. The project features specialized requirements, including the provision of Urine-Diverting Dry Toilets (UDDT) with specific manufacturer authorization, along with general renovation tasks such as velvet window curtains and rolling blinds. The estimated cost for this project is Rs. 10,634,465, requiring a 5 percent bid security of Rs. 531,724 in the form of a CDR or Bank Guarantee. Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-PADS portal and hold a valid PEC license in the relevant category.
