The Gun & Country Club in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable firms for the supply of uniforms and liveries items for the year 2026. This tender is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to GST and NTN registered suppliers who are listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Interested bidders can obtain the comprehensive tender documents from the club's accounts department during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 2,000 Rupees. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% bid security in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of the Gun & Country Club. The deadline for the submission of technical and financial proposals is 20 May 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the formal opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The club management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the relevant procurement rules and regulations.
