Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer of the 8th Buildings Division in Lahore, under the Communication and Works Department, invites sealed tenders for the addition, alteration, and improvement of two official residences: MOF-7 in GOR-II (Bahawalpur House) and BOF-77 in GOR-III (Shadman). These works are grouped as a single lot with a combined estimated cost of Rs. 3,000,000. Interested firms must be enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year in the appropriate category. A 5 percent earnest money deposit is required, totaling Rs. 150,000 for the lot. The project has a strict completion time limit of 30 days. Bidding documents must be submitted to the Executive Engineer's office at the PWD Compound on Macleod Road by the specified deadline in May 2026.
