Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Intelligence in Lahore, a subsidiary of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), invites national competitive bids for the installation of tuff tiles at its premises in Allama Iqbal Town. This civil works project is being conducted under a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and hold a valid license for the current financial year. The procurement process is managed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Detailed work specifications, market rates, and the scope of work are provided within the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on May 6, 2026. Bidders are required to comply with all eligibility and evaluation criteria as specified in the standard bidding document, including the submission of a bid securing declaration.
