Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services (MES) at PAF Base Masroor, Karachi, invites tenders for multiple repair and maintenance projects across residential and non-residential areas. The scope includes B&R (Buildings and Roads) works estimated at Rs. 3.000M and Rs. 2.000M, E&M (Electrical and Mechanical) works estimated at Rs. 1.800M and Rs. 2.000M, and the repair or replacement of furniture for airmen barracks and hospital departments. Only contractors borne on the approved MES list 'D' or government departments with relevant experience are eligible to apply. Applicants must provide a valid PEC registration, bank statements, and GST/NTN certificates. Tenders must be submitted to the accepting office by 11:30 AM on 25 May 2026, and will be opened at 12:00 PM.
