Description / Scope of Work
The Combined Military Hospital in Abbottabad, KPK invites sealed tenders from reputable manufacturers, authorized importers, and distributors for the procurement of high-quality medical equipment and hospital supplies. This tender aims to upgrade the hospital's diagnostic and surgical capabilities to better serve military personnel and the local community. The scope of work involves the supply of advanced medical machinery, specialized surgical tools, and general hospital consumables. All interested firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan where applicable. Participation requires compliance with the stringent quality standards set by the military health services. Bidding documents, which contain the comprehensive list of items and technical specifications, can be obtained from the CMH procurement office during administrative hours. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately under the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Completed proposals must be delivered to the Commandant's office no later than 10:30 AM on 26 May 2026, followed by a public opening in the presence of bidders.
