Description / Scope of Work
The District & Session Court Attock in Attock, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various high-quality items including IT equipment, office furniture, and machinery. This procurement encompasses specific lots for desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and UPS units, as well as office chairs, tables, and cabinets. Additionally, the court is seeking machinery such as air conditioners, water dispensers, and photo state machines. The total estimated budget for this project is 4,755,000 Rupees. Bidding will be conducted through a single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. All submissions are due by 10:30 AM on 23 May 2026, with technical bids to be opened at 11:00 AM in the office of the District & Session Judge, Attock.
