Description / Scope of Work
The Islamia College Peshawar in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids for the procurement of specialized Physics Laboratory Equipment, specifically a High-Temperature Sliding Tube Furnace. The required furnace must feature a rail track, a maximum operating temperature of 1200 degrees Celsius, and a heated length between 50 to 56 cm. This tender, IFB-No.23/2025, is open to well-established firms registered with the FBR for income and sales tax. The procurement process will be executed through a single-stage, single-envelope competitive bidding process as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders must submit their proposals through the EPADS forum. A bid security of 2% of the total bid amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory. All electronic bids must be finalized on the portal by 2:00 PM on 03 June 2026. The technical and financial opening will take place at the Video Conference Hall in the Academic Block shortly after the submission deadline.
