Description / Scope of Work
The Development Communication Project (DCP) under the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, Government of Pakistan, invites applications for prequalification from active taxpayers for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The project seeks professional service providers for two primary categories: Event Management Services, and Digital Campaigns including Video, Film, and Documentary Production along with Creative Services. Interested firms must be registered with the FBR and maintained on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Detailed prequalification documents containing the specific requirements and terms and conditions are available electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and the PPRA website. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 02:30 PM on 25 May 2026. Technical evaluation and opening of the electronic proposals will take place at 03:00 PM on the same day.
