Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Railways in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from well-reputed and experienced security companies for the provision of comprehensive security services at various railway installations and premises for a period of two years. This tender is aimed at firms that are registered with the relevant provincial and federal regulatory bodies, including the Home Department and the All Pakistan Security Agencies Association. The selected service provider will be responsible for deploying trained security personnel and implementing surveillance protocols to ensure the safety of railway assets and commuters. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure as per the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Interested companies must submit a separate technical and financial proposal, along with the required bid security, to the office of the Divisional Superintendent in Lahore. Tender documents detailing the specific locations and manning requirements are available for collection during office hours. All bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on 28 May 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day.
