Description / Scope of Work
Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH) Peshawar invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for several repair and maintenance service contracts for the financial year 2025-2026. The tenders include the repair of transformers, tubewell maintenance, motor rewinding, and the comprehensive repair and maintenance of AC plants, water coolers, and refrigerators. Additionally, there is a requirement for materials needed for the annual maintenance and overhauling of the hospital's AC plant. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and be registered on the EPADS platform. Bidders must also comply with KPRA registration requirements where mandatory. Detailed specifications and bidding documents are available on the official KTH website and EPADS. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. A non-refundable tender fee of 2,000 Rupees and a bid security in the form of a CDR are required. All electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 10:00 AM on 02 June 2026, with the opening scheduled shortly thereafter.
