Description / Scope of Work
The Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the major infrastructure project involving the construction of an underpass at Samanabad Morr on Multan Road. This high-priority urban development project aims to alleviate traffic congestion and improve the flow of commuters in one of Lahore's busiest corridors. The scope of work includes extensive civil engineering tasks, earthwork, structural construction, and relevant road works according to the specified technical standards. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and should have a proven track record of completing similar large-scale infrastructure projects. Interested firms can obtain the bidding documents from the office of the Chief Engineer upon payment of the tender fee. The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules under a competitive bidding process. Completed technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the TEPA headquarters no later than 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
