Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee, Kot Chutta in Kot Chutta, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the annual repair and maintenance of various water supply and sewerage schemes within the municipal limits for the financial year 2025-26. This essential public works contract includes the operational maintenance of tube wells, repair of water pipelines, and desilting of sewerage lines to ensure uninterrupted service to the local community. The bidding is open to well-reputed contractors and firms registered with the Local Government and Community Development Department as well as the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidding documents, which include the detailed scope of work and evaluation criteria, can be obtained from the office of the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure) upon presentation of a written request and payment of the tender fee. All bids must be accompanied by a 2% earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR. Sealed technical and financial bids must reach the Administrator's office by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, where they will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidding parties.
