Description / Scope of Work
The University of Engineering & Technology (UET) in Taxila, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of high-quality badminton equipment and related items for its Multi-Purpose (MP) Hall. This tender is aimed at reputable manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers who are registered with the relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The scope of the procurement includes professional-grade badminton gear required to enhance the sports facilities at the university. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage - One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested participants must submit their electronic bids via the EPADS portal. Bidding documents containing detailed technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and terms and conditions can be obtained from the procurement cell or downloaded from the official website. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security as specified in the document.
