Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) invites quotations through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the annual supply of Raita Zeera in 80g cups for its flight kitchen network. This procurement, under tender number FSD-021-26, is conducted on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible vendors and renowned suppliers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and comply with the detailed terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents. Bidding documents, including technical specifications and quantity requirements, can be downloaded from the PIACL and PPRA websites. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 10:30 AM on 01 June 2026. Manual submissions are strictly prohibited. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day at the Supply Chain Management Department, PIACL Head Office, Karachi. A mandatory tender fee of 20,000 Rupees and earnest money, as tabulated in the documents, must be provided with the technical proposal.
