Pakistan International Airlines in Karachi, Federal Government invites sealed bids from reputable In-Flight Catering Service Providers at London Heathrow (LHR) for the provision of catering services to its flights. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 using a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders must provide a comprehensive technical proposal including food safety certifications, HACCP compliance, and operational capabilities, alongside a separate financial proposal. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, menu requirements, and terms and conditions can be obtained from the PIA Supply Chain Management office or downloaded via the company website. Bidders are required to submit an earnest money deposit as specified in the tender documents. Proposals must be submitted no later than 25 May 2026 at 15:00 PM local time at the PIA Head Office in Karachi. Technical bids will be opened on the same day to evaluate eligibility before financial bids of technically qualified bidders are considered.
