Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the establishment of a state-of-the-art Command and Control Centre at the Flight Operation Building, PIACL Head Office. This significant infrastructure project involves comprehensive civil, electrical, and networking works required to create a modern operational hub. Interested firms and contractors must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must participate through the EPADS system. The procurement process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Detailed bidding documents containing the full scope of work and eligibility criteria are available through the EPADS portal. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system no later than 10:30 AM on 27 May 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. PIACL reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per the PPRA rules governing public procurement.
