Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan International Airlines in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers and authorized dealers for the supply of various store items required for its operational departments. The tender is categorized into multiple lots, covering a wide range of electrical components, hardware materials, and general stationery supplies. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must be appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement will be carried out following the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA guidelines. Tender documents, including detailed item specifications and terms of delivery, can be obtained from the PIA Procurement & Logistics Department at Jinnah International Airport. All bids must be accompanied by the required earnest money and must reach the office of the General Manager Procurement no later than 10:30 AM on 27 May 2026. The bids will be publicly opened on the same day to ensure transparency in the evaluation process.
