Description / Scope of Work
Shaikh Zayed Hospital (SZH) in Lahore, part of the Shaikh Zayed Post Graduate Medical Institute (SZPGMI), invites electronic bids for the procurement of dietary items for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2014. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, utilizing the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique to ensure high quality and value. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal and comply with all technical specifications and requirements outlined in the bidding documents. A mandatory bid security or bid security declaration is required as specified in the tender documents. Interested vendors must submit their electronic bids by 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026. The electronic bid opening is scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day via the EPADS platform. Manual submissions will not be accepted, and bidders are encouraged to register on the new version of EPADS v2.0 well in advance of the deadline.
