Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee, Gojra in Gojra, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputable manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers for the procurement of essential machinery and equipment. This project includes the supply and installation of a solar system to enhance energy efficiency within municipal operations. Additionally, the tender covers the purchase of various mechanical tools and equipment required for improving local service delivery and infrastructure maintenance. All participating firms must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Interested bidders can obtain the detailed tender documents and specifications from the office of the Administrator or Chief Officer upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee. Technical and financial bids must be submitted to the Municipal Committee office no later than 11:30 AM on 23 May 2026.
