Tender for Repair, Maintenance, and Uplift of Special Education and Rehabilitation Centers

The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the repair, maintenance, and general uplift of various Special Education and Rehabilitation Centers (SERC) across the province. This essential social infrastructure project aims to improve the learning and therapeutic environment for students with disabilities by upgrading building facilities, furniture, and specialized equipment. The scope includes civil works, electrical repairs, and the provision of necessary rehabilitation tools as per the requirements of different centers. Eligible firms must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will be conducted under the SPPRA Rules using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS system. A bid security of 5 percent of the total bid value is mandatory. Proposals must be uploaded on the portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 June 2026.
