Description / Scope of Work
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic bids for the external paint work and comprehensive roof treatment of State Life Building No. 3 (SLB-3) located on Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road. This maintenance project is designed to preserve the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the corporate office building. The scope of work includes surface preparation, application of high-quality external weather-shield paint, and specialized waterproofing treatment for the roof to prevent leakages and weather damage. Bidding is open to contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above. Applicants must also be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. The procurement is being managed through the EPADS system in compliance with PPRA regulations. A bid security of 1.2 million Rupees is required to be submitted in the form of a pay order. Electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 27 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
