Description / Scope of Work
TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company), established under the Companies Act 2017, invites proposals from eligible and reputable consultants for the 'Development of New Energy Vehicle Policy for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa'. This strategic initiative aims to create a comprehensive framework for sustainable urban transport in the province. The procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under the Quality and Cost Based System (QCBS) of selection. Eligible consultants must be registered with the FBR and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and must appear on the Active Taxpayer Lists (ATL) of both authorities. Detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, outlining the scope of services and evaluation criteria, are available on the TransPeshawar and KPPRA websites. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for May 19, 2026, to provide further clarity to interested participants. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 11:30 AM on 04 June 2026. Technical proposals will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day. Manual or hard copy submissions are strictly prohibited.
