The Bank of Punjab in Gujrat, Punjab invites sealed bids from experienced contractors for the comprehensive renovation of its Chak Sada Branch (ABEP-2026). This significant urban development project involves civil works, interior design, electrical installations, and the provision of HVAC systems to modernize the branch's infrastructure. The scope includes detailed tasks such as the supply and installation of copper cabling, exhaust systems, and plumbing fixtures, as well as structural modifications including slab cutting and patching. The estimated cost for this renovation is approximately 13.9 million Rupees. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in compliance with PPRA rules. Interested firms must submit a bid security of two percent of the estimated cost. Technical and financial proposals must be delivered to the Centralized Procurement Department at the BOP Tower in Lahore no later than 11:00 AM on 28 May 2026.
