Pak Oman Hospital in Pasni, Balochistan invites electronic bids for the supply of medicine and related items, encompassing a total of 54 distinct categories. This procurement is aimed at replenishing the hospital's pharmaceutical inventory to ensure the continuous availability of essential healthcare supplies. The bidding process is being conducted electronically through the B-EPPS system in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must demonstrate technical competence through at least two previous assignments of a similar nature and complexity valued at 10 million PKR within the last three years. Furthermore, a minimum financial turnover of 7 million PKR over the subsequent three years is required. Interested firms must be registered with the SECP or Chamber of Commerce, hold valid ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications, and maintain an active status on the FBR taxpayer list. A bid security of 2 percent of the total bid value must be submitted in the form of a call deposit. All electronic proposals must be submitted via the supplier dashboard no later than 09:30 AM on 23 May 2026.
