The Capital Development Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the repair and maintenance of government residential flats located in Sector F-5/2. The scope of work includes comprehensive renovation and upkeep of Flat No. 5-B and Accommodation 2-B, with a total combined NIT cost exceeding 27 million Rupees. This procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial bids. Eligible contractors and firms must be duly enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and hold valid NTN and GST registrations with the FBR. A critical requirement for participation is security clearance from relevant law enforcement agencies, especially for firms working within the Red Zone area. Bidding documents are available exclusively through the PPRA E-PADS portal. Bidders must also provide a performance security if their bid is significantly below the NIT cost. Technical proposals must be submitted electronically and will be opened at the Maintenance Division No. III (SB) on 25 May 2026 at 12:00 PM.
