District Council Jhelum invites sealed bids for the beautification and development of the front side of Main Bazar GT Road in Sohawa. This infrastructure project, managed through a Joint Authority, aims to enhance the aesthetic appeal and urban functionality of the commercial area. The estimated cost of the project is approximately 81.14 million Rupees. Bidding is open to contractors registered on the E-PADS system for the year 2025-26 and compliant with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must provide a bid security of 5 percent (4,057,000 PKR) in the form of a CDR or Pay Order from a scheduled bank. Detailed bidding documents can be downloaded for free from the Punjab E-Procurement portal. All electronic bids must be submitted via the E-PADS platform no later than 10:00 AM on 19 May 2026, with the opening session scheduled for 01:30 PM the same day at the District Council office.
