Description / Scope of Work
The District Health Authority in Faisalabad, Punjab invites electronic bids for a comprehensive framework contract for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of work includes the procurement of stationery, printing services, general store items, and repair and maintenance services for the office of the District Health Officer (Preventive Services). This tender is aimed at ensuring the smooth operational functioning of health and population welfare services in the district. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayer List of the FBR. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals through the E-PADS portal. A bid security is required as per the instructions in the bidding documents. All electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
