Description / Scope of Work
The Estate Office Management in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the improvement and upgradation of electrical and mechanical installations across multiple locations. This significant government project covers residential colonies, enquiry offices, and federal lodges situated in Karachi, Lahore, and Peshawar. The work is divided into three distinct lots, focusing on remaining and additional E/M works with a required completion time of 30 days for each segment. Interested contractors must hold a valid registration with the Income Tax Department as active taxpayers and possess specific electrical licenses relevant to the Punjab, Sindh, or KPK regions. Furthermore, bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in categories C5 or C6 with specialized codes including EE02, EE04, EE11, and ME-01. All bidding processes will be conducted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Technical and financial proposals, including the required bid security in the form of a CDR or Pay Order, must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026.
