Description / Scope of Work
The National Archives of Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the comprehensive repair and maintenance of its buildings located in both Islamabad and Karachi. This civil works project is funded through the reserved funds for the 2025-26 fiscal year and aims to ensure the structural integrity and upkeep of these essential national facilities. The procurement will follow a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Quality and Cost Based Selection technique in strict accordance with the Public Procurement Rules of 2004. Eligible bidders are required to be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System v2.0 as all bidding processes must be conducted electronically. A mandatory bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration is required as specified in the official bidding documents. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 02:00 PM on Monday, 25 May 2026, with the electronic bid opening scheduled for 02:30 PM on the same day.
