Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement, installation, and maintenance of Mobile Echocardiography Machines. This tender, identified as Package No. 4, Lot I, is designed to support the establishment of 200-bedded Mother and Child Hospitals and Nursing Colleges across three districts: Bahawalnagar, Layyah, and Attock. The procurement is being conducted on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis with an estimated cost of 30 Million PKR. Interested bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to participate, as manual submissions will not be accepted. The bidding follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted via EPADS by 04:00 PM on May 20, 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 04:30 PM the same day.
