Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Bhakkar in Bhakkar, Punjab invites sealed bids for various development schemes and annual maintenance contracts for the fiscal year 2025-26. The scope of work includes the construction and rehabilitation of PCC streets, drainage systems, and tuff tile flooring across various Union Councils including UC-01, UC-02, and several rural areas within the district. Additionally, the tender covers annual maintenance and repair work for the District Council office building, residential bungalows, and the operation and maintenance of street lights and water supply schemes. Bidding will be conducted through the EPADS system following the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested contractors must be registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority and the Pakistan Engineering Council where applicable. Tender documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal free of cost. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 11:00 AM on 28 May 2026, and a scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded. The original bid security must also be submitted to the Chief Officer's office before the opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
