Description / Scope of Work
The Development Communication Project (DCP), under the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, Government of Pakistan, is inviting prequalification applications from active FBR-registered service providers. The prequalification is for two main categories for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27: Event Management Services and Digital Campaigns, Video, Film & Documentary Production and Creative Services. Interested bidders must be active Income Tax and Sales Tax payers. Prequalification documents are available electronically on the EPADS and PPRA websites. All proposals must be submitted through EPADS by 02:30 PM on May 25, 2026, as manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic proposals will be opened at 03:00 PM on the same day.
