Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Lodhran has invited e-bids for the arrangement of sale points for Eid ul Azha 2026. This procurement follows a single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Interested firms and companies must be registered with relevant authorities, including the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Income Tax, and Sales Tax departments. A bid security of PKR 86,250, which represents 5% of the estimated project cost of PKR 1,725,000, must be submitted in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order. All proposals are to be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System (EPADS). The contract mandates that works must be completed within the stipulated period mentioned in the work order, with penalties applicable for delays. Security deposits will be retained for six months following the successful completion of the contract to ensure quality and compliance with technical specifications.
