Description / Scope of Work
The Police Recruiting and Training Centre (PRTC) Khairpur, Sindh, has issued a Tender Notice for the award of contracts to eligible contractors for the operation of six facilities within the PRTC premises including a Canteen, Takmeel Shop, Washer Shop-I, Washer Shop-II, Barber Shop, and Front Infringement Shop. Each facility is offered on a one-year contract basis with a security deposit of Rs. 3,000. The contract period runs from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, with each shop accommodating one contractor. Tender forms are available from 07 May 2026 to 21 May 2026 from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM on working days from the Office of the SP, PRTC Khairpur. Interested contractors are required to collect the tender form by 21 May 2026 by 12:00 PM and submit their bids by 21 May 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM. The bidding process will be finalized by 30 June 2026. PRTC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. Contractors must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the tender documents.
