The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has issued Corrigendum-01 for the provisioning of Call Center Managed Services, specifically focusing on facility human agents under a framework contract for project EGOV-37. Bidders are required to submit separate technical and financial bids electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS).
