Description / Scope of Work
The Program Management Unit, Punjab Development Program (PDP) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms for the procurement of various IT equipment and office furniture and fixtures. This tender is aimed at equipping the project office to ensure smooth administrative operations for the development program. The scope of supply includes high-performance laptops, desktop computers, printers, and networking hardware, alongside essential office furniture such as workstations, executive desks, and chairs. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR and PRA, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Complete sets of bidding documents, containing detailed technical specifications and terms, can be obtained from the PMU office during working hours. All technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate envelopes under the single-stage two-envelope procedure. The deadline for the submission of proposals is set for 11:00 AM on 28 May 2026, after which the technical bids will be opened in the presence of authorized representatives.
