Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division, South Zone in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders from reputable contractors and firms for the improvement and extension of various water supply schemes. This critical infrastructure project aims to enhance water distribution and accessibility within the southern region. The scope of work involves the installation of new pipelines, rehabilitation of existing pumping machinery, and the construction of surface tanks and pump houses. Interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and provide proof of active tax compliance with the FBR and Sindh Revenue Board. Detailed bidding documents and technical specifications can be obtained from the Executive Engineer's office upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The deadline for bid submission is 12:00 PM on 02 June 2026, and the bids will be opened publicly shortly thereafter to ensure transparency in the procurement process.
