Description / Scope of Work
The Specialized Projects Implementation Cell (SPIC), Planning & Development Board in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of various IT equipment, furniture, and general office items. The procurement is organized into four separate lots, which include IT hardware such as laptops and printers, high-quality office furniture, miscellaneous general items, and specialized server equipment. Bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. The selection process will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A bid security of two percent of the estimated price for each lot must be submitted along with the technical proposal. Complete bidding documents detailing the specifications and terms of reference are available for interested firms. All technical and financial bids must be delivered to the SPIC office located at 14-L, Model Town, Lahore, by the submission deadline of 11:00 AM on 29 May 2026.
